About Me

Hello! My name is Ian and I enjoy creating things that live on the internet.
My interest in web development started back in 2018 when I stumbled into a hackathon at Egerton University — turns out hacking together and solving problems with my team made me smile.
Fast-forward to today, and I’ve had the privilege of working at the African Silicon Savanna, Konza Technopolis and the largest health development Non-Governmental Organisation in the world, AMREF Health Africa . My main focus these days is building accessible, inclusive products and digital experiences. Here are a few technologies I’ve been working with recently:

I am actively engaged in the development of Power Apps and Power Virtual Agents, specializing in both model-driven and canvas-driven applications. In my role, I design and create intuitive user interfaces for canvas apps and integrate with power virtual agents ensuring an exceptional user experience. Additionally, I leverage the capabilities of model-driven apps to build robust solutions that streamline business processes and enhance data management. In addition, I am engaged in the installation and configuration of data gateways. In this capacity, I am responsible for setting up and fine-tuning data gateways to facilitate seamless data transfer and connectivity across various systems and platforms. My expertise in this area ensures reliable and efficient data integration within the organization.
